How is this calculated?

Calories: A rough estimate of ~0.04 calories per step (approximately 40 calories per 1,000 steps) is used. Actual calorie burn varies with weight, speed, and terrain.
Walk Time: Estimated at an average walking speed of 3 mph (4.83 kph).
Track Laps: Based on a standard 400-meter outdoor track.
